ReplyDeleteGood idea on the dinner with the leftover bean mixture - wasn't that good?? I really enjoyed the tilapia...I made roasted potatoes minus the parmesan cheese but added the cajon seasoning to it as well...yummo!
ReplyDeleteYeah, it was really good. I have enough for one more meal out of it. It's so nice to have such quick easy meals practically ready for me!
ReplyDeleteAnd I fried Galen & the boys the turkey (Galen got one this morning) and made mashed potatoes and gravy. And I didn't take ONE bite!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYea that is what I love about this book - it is so many of the same ingredients but such a variety and soooo easy!! I loved that bean mixture...way to go on not eating pot & gravy!!!
