I'm really feeling down today about my weight and eating. I ate terribly yesterday and am afraid to see the scale tomorrow. Maybe I should just do one of the jumpstart days today to get me back on track.....

Breakfast: 295
1 cup GV corn flakes (100)
1 cup skim milk (80)
2 tbsp raisins (65)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds (50)

Lunch: 355
Turkey/Apple salad with 1 tbsp craisins

Snack: 190
Pineapple smoothie
1/2 cup pineapple (60)
1 cup skim milk (80)
handful of ice
plus 1 tbsp sunflower seeds (50)

Dinner: 412
Cajun Talipia

1/3 cup corn (40)
1/3 cup rotelle (13)
1/3 cup black beans (73)
1/4 cup onion ( 16)
1 piece tilapia (110) broiled with cajun seasoning
2 corn tortillas (80)
16 dark chocolate chips (80)

Activity:
30 minute Biggest Loser DVD

Don't feel down - remember it takes a week to work off one pound from here on out...it takes forever...remember I was at 130 on Day 26 and that was February 27th...I am down to 123 and it is April 27th...it took me a long time to lose those last 7 pounds...it is only one pound a week - you are doing great...just remember this week is your 130...next week will be your 129...and so on...you see that bottom number each week to keep you motivated to continue losing!! :) I am disappointed I am still seeing 123...so don't be discouraged!

  2. You didn't eat terribly yesterday...you made better choices than you would have in the past before starting the flat belly...I would have had a tub of spin dip and chips on sunday before this diet! haha

  3. My back is better, but now my stomach hurts! ugh....Terra wants to see a photo edited so I am going to the couch with my laptop and working on that...not much else going on today!
