Breakfast:
1 cup Bran Flakes (120)
1 cup skim milk (80)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds (50)
2 tbsp raisins (65)
total 315

Lunch:
1 string cheese (80)
4 oz turkey (120)
1 cup carrots (85)
total 285

Snack:
Strawberry smothie (130)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (100)
total 230

Dinner:
1 cup steamed green beans (40)
4 oz tilapia (110)
1/2 cup brown rice (120)
1 tsp olive oil (40)
total 310

Activity:
took a walk in town with mom and the boys and played at the park

  4. For Friday, you could do:
    Lunch (267 cal/9.5 fat/53 carbs/21 pro): Turkey sandwich ~ 3 slices (2 oz) deli turkey (60 cal), 1/4 cup lettuce (2 cal), 1 slice tomato (5 cal) and 2 tbsp mashed avocado (50 cal) on Sara Lee Whole Wheat bread (150 cal). Take your apple & pb and then you would be full until snack - just take a cheese stick & some almonds for your snack - those would all be filling foods! :)
