2 oz. canned wild salmon (90)

¼ cup chopped avocado (96)

1 tbsp. rice vinegar (0)

And 2 tsp. olive oil (79)

1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar (13)

I couldn't stop eating today!!!!

1/2 cup fat free ice cream (80)

Not sure how many calories I had for supper. I wasn't very hungry because of all the crap I had earlier! I made a shephard's pie with some vegetable soup and topped it with mashed potatoes. I had a very small portion though....

  1. How is your day going? Both of our weight went back up! haha - that is what we get after Saturday!!

    I need TO CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! My house is out of control...Rob & Jackie are coming Saturday so I think I will just dust, vacuum, and straighten up rooms - do bathrooms on Friday - they aren't too bad, but it has been a week! ugh! :)

  2. How was lunch? I haven't had that one yet...i never remember to get grapefruit...if you liked it, I will get the stuff for it tomorrow at walmart!
