Thanks to my sister I've gotten on the Flat Belly Diet bandwagon. It's really easy and works great! My first goal was to get to 130. My second goal is 125. Updated goal: 120 lbs by July 4, 2010 That is basically 1 lb per week for 7 weeks. Sounds good, right??? I reached that goal and almost four years later, gained all the weight back and then some. :( New goal 135 lbs by February 1, 2014.

Remember all my crazy blogs when my weight fluctuated, too? I thought I was going crazy, but slowly it will come off...just give your body time to adjust! :)
