I so thought I was going to see 125 this morning! the scale slowed down and almost stopped! haha. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.... :)

Yes, at 10 am I needed a snack! The boys were driving me nuts and I needed something to make me feel better!! :)

Dinner: 430
6 oz catfish (180)
1 tsp olive oil (40)
1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Yummmo - your lunch & dinner sound great...GREAT job on low calories - you are doing so good - I am super proud of your hard work!!! Sorry I couldn't talk longer tonight...they went to bed shortly after you text, but I knew it was too late to call - so I showered and then got on fb and also updated my diet blog...I low-balled it with the dinner calories...I am sure I had more than that! oopsssssss - maybe I can walk around the block tomorrow and get a little exercise?!!
