Even after that horrible eating yesterday I still saw 126! Yay!
I'm holding out for 125 this week.....

Breakfast: 320
1 cup bran flakes (120)
1 cup skim milk (80)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds (50)
2 tbsp raisins (70)

Lunch: 340
1 1/2 slices of dominos ham hand tossed pizza-last night's leftovers (300)
1 dove dark chocolate square (40)

Snack: 260
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits (60)
1/2 cup skim milk (40)
2 oz cashews (160)

Dinner: 650
1 cup cream peas & red potatoes
2 oz roasted chicken
2 cheese garlic bisquits

  1. Great! I saw 123 for the first time in weeks...I really packed the pounds back on! Oopss - lottttttsssss of water weight...need to drink lots of fluids today - I think I drank a gallon of water yesterday and only went to the bathroom once!! haha
