It's Jeff's B-day so mom fixed lunch and Jen & Ally came down. We ate waaayyy too much but it was really good!
I guess it was a no counting day....

2 cups coffee with creamer (70)

1/2 cup applesauce (50)
2 tbsp almond slices (75)
1 cup milk (80)
Lunch:
grilled chicken
mashed potatoes
gravy
mixed veggies
2 homemade bisquits
1 slice angel food cake
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Supper:
chips & salsa
chicken quesadilla
avacado
vodka & sierra mist
2 beers
