Lunch: 235

4 turkey slices (50)
1 tbsp avocado (55)
1 slice romaine lettuce (5)
1 laughing cow cheese wedge (35)

Snack:
OMG, I was out of control...I had animal crackers, M & Ms and other things....I was not thinking at all!

Dinner:
Casey's pizza!  totally ruined my lower weight today....

Exercise:
NOTHING!!!

  2. Is that pita only one half or are you having both slices? The lowest I have found are the ones I have now - a full pita is 155 cal...
