Well going out to dinner wasn't the best idea last night but I had a good time!

Lunch: 377
1/2 sundried tomato basil wrap (105)
2 oz turkey (60)
1 tbsp avacado (50)
1/2 tbsp mayo with chipoltle (17)
2 slices lettuce (5)
15 baked layes chips (120)
1/4 cup blueberries (20)

Exercise:
walk 30 minutes burned 260 calories
