Lunch: 245

1 cup steamed carrots (45)
1 cheese stick (80)

Snack: 230
1 cup frozen strawberries (50)
1 cup milk (80)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (100)

Dinner: 400
tilapia (100)
1/2 cup brown rice (120)
1 cup carrots (60)
1 corn on the cob-i couldn't help myself! (60)
1 tsp olive oil (40)
1 bite of fried fish (?)
