1 cup steamed carrots (85)

Yea me too - I didn't start with the jumpstart, but I will do parts of it today...whew I am soooo bloated & I can't do anything but keep my damn feet elevated because of the throbbing blisters!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI kept my feet elevated ALL day! I even finished a book because I couldn't do much of anything else! WAY TO GO on your eating...that's impressive!!!
