I am trying this again! Need to lose 25 lbs but my first goal is 15 lbs by June 5.
I decided to start the JumpStart a little late in the day so my first day will be tomorrow.
Breakfast
Coffee with creamer
Lunch
Tuna
1cup carrots
String cheese
Snack
1cup milk
2tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup frozen fruit
Dinner
Tilapia
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup green beans
*30 min Jillian front side dvd

Go, Julie, go! I'll be following along at home, as I need to lose some weight as well. Last year I bought exercise shorts, never took the tags off, and now they don't fit me. Ha!
