12/30/13~145.6 lbs/ cal*

oh, dear....this is just depressing.  I reread all of my posts from almost 4 years ago and figured out that I lost 20 lbs in 14 weeks I think.  I need to do that again.  Starting now....

Breakfast: 420 cal
2/3 cup Cascadian Farm Fruit and nut granola cereal-230 cal
1/2 cup skim milk-40 cal
1 cup Naked Mango juice-150 cal

Lunch:
chicken salad

Snack:
banana

Dinner:
grilled chicken from Cheddars

we went to the casino and stayed the night and I drank ALOT of vodka and cranberry.....

*Exercise:
40 minutes on the treadmill. Walked/jogged 2.22 mi and burned 224 calories.
