Well, seriously.....I have to start all over again and at a higher weight than I even expected! I am so disgusted but had to post so I will be accountable for what I put in my mouth.
On 4/9/10 I started the Flat Belly Diet. I weighed 138.8 that day. I lost 20 lbs (not sure how long that took, I will have to look). I need to lose 25 now! So overwhelming and irratating..... but I have got to start somewhere. Wish me luck!
Breakfast: 420 cal
2/3 cup Cascadian Farm Fruit and nut granola cereal-230 cal
1/2 cup skim milk-40 cal
1 cup Naked Mango juice-150 cal
Lunch: 700??
We had Christmas at Sheila's today so we had pizza.
1 slice pepperoni (Papa Murphy's) 280
1 slice canadian bacon 240
2 cups salad (however, it was the7 layer salad with high calorie mayo dressing) ?? cal
bite of brownie
Dinner:400??
leftover 7 layer salad
*Exercise:
40 minutes on the treadmill. Walked/jogged 2.22 mi and burned 214 calories.

Well, you are braver than I am....I haven't gotten on the scale yet! I am logging on myfitnesspal, but will be doing some meal planning on my blog...we have to GET IN GEAR!
