2 homemade blueberry bran mini-muffins (100)

Lunch: 500
had a 4 inch sub sandwich on wheat at the Pinon Parlor and a bite of cinnamon roll.  guessing on the calories...

Dinner 600
mashed potatoes, hamburger gravy and crecent roll.  terribly high in calories but good!
