OK, very disappointed in myself.  I have officially gained back 10 lbs out of the 20 I lost last year.  back to blogging and excersising....
Breakfast: 330
1 cup cornflakes (100)
1 cup milk (80)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (100)
1/2 cup applesauce (50)

30 minute Jillian 30 day shred-Level 1
